hey guys i have a 2012 that has the same issue, this is the problem because i pay attention to every detail so that when i find a quirk or issue i know how to fix and prevent it again,the problem is you switch the ranger off when either the fan is still running or you didn't let it idle long enough after cycling for the temp to fully drop, i have switched mine off at 204 and the fan cycling ...The stock Ranger 800 voltage regulators are terrible.
