So finally after 1 hour , I can say that hellblade and other block mechanics like ultimate combat are fine , in case of inpa sekiro is also fine without any problems but you should point that is recomended to disable/lower some options like the negate posions ( you can have literally be stacking chaurus and spiders like crazy without any damage) it also makes poisoned weapons basically useless ...All Timed Block mechanics & features for the Player & NPC's can be disabled if you prefer Timed Block from other mods. Individual settings can be disabled by setting their values to 0 where applicable. IIRC, Smoothcam and Action were both developed for TDM. I never used Hellblade, instead using the Timed Block from Ordinator.
