If you have an XG2 you more than likely do not have full DVR service in you’re package. You have 10 or 2 hours of cloud DVR depending on market. If you’re package has fulll DVR go switch the xg2 for and xg1v4 4K DVR which has physical local storage in addition to the cloud storage. You’re secondary box is a DTA you can swap it for an XID ...
