Most of those items u can buy in the bazaar, and as the top comment said you can get the blood moss from celestia. But Amber you either farm king parsley, go to the blacksmith fjor everyday or farm loremaster and there are other ways too. Amber u cannot buy. You can get this spell from farming loremaster, but after 3 days I called it quits. The entire set requires 22 deer hide, and five bone fragments, so you'll want to craft a crude bow (Wood x10, Leather Scraps x8) and hunt for these skittish animals.
