As someone who plays both Talon and Yasuo, mid to lategame you can W both his ult and w. If he doesn't land those 2 abilities, not only does he lose a lot of damage, he is also unable to effectively proc his passive. Early game is simply windwalling his w and taking short trades where he can't proc his passive and electrocute.Start Q -> Contest Cs -> Let the wave push to you -> Freeze -> Dodge his Q2 (if possible) -> Block his E2 with your W -> Block his R with your W -> You win extended trades he does not -> Block his R with W after level 6. The best way to roam is reaction roaming, when you see bot lane fighting immediately walk there to help them and ignore the minions, 6 minions arent worth 2 kills.
