I have up to 400x magnification and can make out distinct die characteristics whithin the R on the chin that has doubling strait west on the R on his chin. This quarter dollar was minted in the years 1975 and 1976, and display the dual dates of 1776-1976. Moreover, during the release of the Bicentennial quarters, no coins of this denomination carried the single date of 1975 or 1976.
